Christmas/New Year Business Hours

We wish to advise clients that our Business Hours will change during the Christmas and New Year period.

These changes take effect at the close of business on Friday, 22nd December 2023, with normal Business Hours resuming on Monday, 8th January 2023.

They are as follows:

  • Technical Support**
    Monday to Friday – 10am to 4pm
    Saturday – 10am to 12pm
          ** Excludes Public Holidays.
    Support is for clients with active Service Agreements and for emergencies only.
    Our voicemail service will still be active outside these hours.
  • Accounts, Sales & Administration
    Closed
  • Non-Urgent requests & General Enquiries

    Voicemail: please call your local CSTech number and then select Option 4.

COVID-19 update: 16 December 2022

Dear Clients,

 

Given recent Government announcements regarding the removal of specific COVID-19 restrictions, CSTech Management continue to closely monitor the evolving threat of other COVID-19 variants both locally and internationally.

CSTech’s operations are continuing and we wish to assure all of our clients that we are still contactable via the usual methods.

During this time, we kindly request that clients adhere to the following:

  • only attend our office if it is absolutely necessary. If you do, you must sanitise on entry;
  • if you need to drop off a PC for repair, the unit will be wiped down prior to our staff commencing work on it.

Clients are advised that product supply and the provision of onsite services may still be impacted.
